This past Sunday we went to the corn maze and pumpkin patch in Bowie, MD. It was a great afternoon. It took 7 of us about 45 minutes to get through the corn maze and we were aided slightly with a digital image of the map. The photo was taken on my Canon G9 using a pumpkin as a tripod. Other than the sky being a little blown out I think this is an interesting and compelling image. There is zero editing or cropping of the image. Not that editing and cropping are undesirable, but as I continue to try to improve composition and function of the camera it’s nice to know that I had a few photographic principles intact.
