New Gadget in the Camera Bag

Last weekend I bought a 25% Graduated Neutral Density Filter for my 62MM lenses.   Basically this filters light over 1/2 of the lens.  This allows me to meter the light in the foreground and filter the brighter sunlight sky. Here’s an example of how it works, both shots use the same camera settings the only difference is the addition of the filter.

With no filter
With the ND Grad Filter

Both images are straight from the camera with not editing.
