The weekend is here. What will you make if yours?
Mine started with a 1.3 mile run around the neighborhood. 1.3 doesn’t sound like much, but two weeks ago I struggled to run more than a minute at a time. This morning I ran the whole route without walking. I rewarded this accomplishment by creating a new route for my next run on Monday morning. The new route is twice a long as the one I completed today.
I’m trying somthing new.
